Improve US Track Cycling w/Grass Roots Development

US track cycling is an absolute mess outside of Women's Pursuit and we firmly believe that issue goes all the way back to USA Cycling not showing any interest in developing a strong grassroots program for the track.  To build a tall tower you must first have a strong base.

The more people you have at the grass roots level of the sport, the better your chances of finding talent that is capable and interested in pursuing the sport at its highest levels.

This video is directed specifically towards the track but it can be applied to any disciple of the sport.
